Creating and co-ordinating 3D designs for scale model production, for use in wind tunnels in analysis of pressure, force, wind environment and structural loadings for boats, formula one cars and buildings. Protocol for 3D model was put forward to advance quality and systems:

Commissioned to aid with the 2012 Olympic Stadium, Brighton Stadium and Zayed Stadium iD4 prepared models for testing at BMT's London research center in Twickenham. Designs used stereolithography work shop tooling CNC and foam landscaping to produce 1:200 & 1:300 scale models produced to a tight deadline.
